UCH Attends PAA’s APARTTogether and City Ave District’s Empower Hour

Today, UCH had the pleasure of participating in two remarkable events: the PAA’s APARTogether Expo and City Ave District’s Women Empower Hour. At the APARTogether Expo, we connected with peers and gained valuable insights into the latest trends in the rental housing sector.

Meanwhile, at the Empower Hour, we engaged in an inspiring discussion on the power of lifelong learning in leadership, featuring insights from Dr. Cheryl McConnell, the first female president of Saint Joseph’s University.

We are grateful for the opportunities both events provided to learn, connect, and grow. A huge thank you to both City Ave District and Pennsylvania Apartment Association.

UCH is excited to congratulate 429 Apartments, Conwyn Arms, and Tedwyn Maintenance Technician, Logan Shaw, on an outstanding 15 years with UCH!

In celebration of his anniversary, Property Manager Stephany Presti, shared a little bit about Logan’s incredible impact:
