From the Office to the Outfield: UCH Hits the Ballpark!

On April 30, the entire UCH team stepped away from our desks and headed to Citizens Bank Park for an afternoon at the Phillies double header.

With sunshine, ballpark favorites, and two games back-to-back, it was the perfect opportunity to connect with colleagues from across every region and department.

Teams that usually collaborate through screens had the chance to catch up in person. Leasing, marketing, operations, maintenance, and corporate staff came together, turning Citizens Bank Park into one big UCH family gathering.

Moments like this strengthen the sense of community that makes UCH such a unique place to work. They remind us that behind every email, project, and property, are people who genuinely care about one another and the work we do together.
