Maintenance Team Training with MHD and Whirlpool

At University City Housing, we’re always investing in our teams — because when our staff grows, our communities thrive. Recently, our maintenance professionals participated in a hands-on training session hosted by MHD (Multi-Housing Depot), featuring a special presentation from Whirlpool.

During the session, a Whirlpool professional shared valuable maintenance tips and best practices for servicing Whirlpool appliances — from troubleshooting common issues to keeping equipment running efficiently for residents. The team had the opportunity to ask questions, test techniques, and gain a deeper understanding of the products used throughout our properties.
