Employee CPR Training: Safety Starts Here!

At UCH, we seek to empower our employees with the confidence, composure, and knowledge to be able to step forward when it matters the most. Investing in our employees goes beyond professional development—it’s also about equipping them with life-saving skills that can make a difference in critical moments. That’s why we recently hosted a hands-on CPR course, led by Cardiac Care & Safety, Inc.

Over the course of the day, our employees learned the basics of recognizing and reacting to sudden life-threatening situations. Being equipped with CPR training allows better survival rates and outcomes for those experiencing cardiac emergencies.

Beyond the training, each team had the opportunity to build stronger communication skills, camaraderie, and preparedness for real-world critical moments.
