Annual Company Kickball Tournament Turns Talent Show

At University City Housing Company, our annual company events are all about bringing our team together, fostering employee engagement, and celebrating our vibrant company culture. This year, a little rain tried to slow us down—but instead of playing kickball, we embraced the unexpected with a company talent show. It turned out to be just the boost our team needed!

From the start, our team enjoyed fun-filled activities, delicious food from local food trucks, and plenty of laughs. The talent show showcased the incredible skills, creativity, and camaraderie of our employees, proving that team building activities don’t always have to follow the plan to create memorable experiences.

Our annual kickball tournament, modified into a talent show this year—reinforces UCH’s commitment to living well and working well, rain or shine. Until next year, we’ll be reminiscing about the performances, the snacks, and the smiles that brought our team closer together.
