UCH Celebrates World Mental Health Day with Meditation and Early Dismissal
At UCH, we believe that mental well-being is just as important as physical health. In honor of hashtag#WorldMentalHealthDay, our certified yoga instructor, Ashley Hollander Minni, hosted meditation sessions across all our regions to help employees reset and recharge.
As a special bonus, all UCH employees are enjoying a two-hour early dismissal to focus on their personal well-being and unwind. This is just one of the many ways UCH supports our team living and working well!
