Tedwyn, Conwyn Arms, and 429 Apartments Maintenance Supervisor Named PAA’s 2024 Maintenance Professional of the Year

Congratulations to Greg Stewart for Winning Maintenance Professional of the Year from the Pennsylvania Apartment Association!

Greg is responsible for all aspects of maintenance for The Tedwyn, Conwyn Arms and 429 Apartments; communities all located on the Main Line. Greg has been serving these residents for over 16 years. He began his career at UCH as a Maintenance Technician and progressed after five years to his current role of Maintenance Supervisor.

This award is a testament to his hard work, skill, and commitment to keeping the properties he manages in excellent condition. Greg goes above and beyond every day, and we couldn’t be prouder to have him on the UCH team.
