Regional Maintenance Manager, Richie Houser, Retires After 40 Years

This month, we celebrated Roxborough Regional Maintenance Manager, Richie Houser’s, retirement after forty years with University City Housing Company. It was a lively evening of laughter and anecdotes as praise poured out of coworkers who touted him as a superhero, mentor, and friend. As the evening progressed, one thing became abundantly clear: Richie was an integral part of UCH and it will not be the same without him. So, as he heads into his next phase, we wish him congratulations and even more joy than he brought us. We cannot wait to see what he does next!
