Northeast Regional Wins PAA’s 2024 Regional Property Manager of the Year

We are proud to announce that Marian Harkins Vasilikos has been named Regional Property Manager of the Year by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association!

Marian manages our Northeast portfolio, consisting of three multifamily apartment communities and over 1,400 apartment homes. Marian celebrated her 13 year anniversary with UCH this month – from Executive Assistant to Regional Property Manager, she has done it all!

This recognition highlights her exceptional leadership, dedication, and innovative approach to property management. Marian has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure her properties thrive and our residents feel at home.
