Meet the Team: Anthony Polo

Meet Anthony Polo! Anthony is the Property Manager for Valley High, Carriage Hill, and Dekalb Regency.
He started his UCH career in 2014 as a college intern and was promoted to Property Manager in 2021 after a successful stint as Summit Park Leasing Manager.

For Anthony, property management is an exciting field with endless task variety.
“It’s a unique experience every day, and I love working with residents,” he says.

Anthony encourages aspiring Property Managers to remember that, “Every interaction is a learning experience, always put yourself in the residents’ shoes.”

When the work day ends, Anthony dives into his passion for music and manages his own record label while working as a concert VJ.
