At UCH, we’re passionate about supporting our employees and fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Last month, our Training and Leasing Manager, Amanda Hewitt, hosted an enriching day-long leasing and project management training for Regionals, Property Managers, and Leasing Consultants.

This hands-on training featured presentations from Business Operations Manager, Becca Stickles, and Strategy & Executive Operations Director, Sarah Emmi, that equipped our teams with the skills and tools needed to optimize leasing, operations, and resident relations at their communities. Best of all, our friends at Queen Appliance, Multi-Housing Depot, Emerald Business Supply, and Rasa Floors donated raffle prizes for attendees!
