Celebrating National Intern Day at UCH: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

At UCH, we know that the future of property management starts with the bright, curious minds entering the industry today. That’s why this National Intern Day, we went all out to celebrate our incredible interns with a day dedicated to learning, connection, and a little friendly competition.

From getting face time with our leadership team to diving into career paths across departments, our interns were front and center.

Here's how the day unfolded:

Lunch with Leadership
We kicked off the day with a relaxed lunch where interns sat down with UCH’s leadership team. These conversations offered real insight into the paths that led our leaders to where they are today and gave interns the chance to ask thoughtful, career-focused questions in a casual setting.

A High-Energy Scavenger Hunt
No intern celebration is complete without some fun! Teams took part in a fast-paced scavenger hunt that brought out their competitive spirit and built camaraderie along the way.

Summer Survival Baskets
As a token of appreciation, each intern received a customized summer survival basket—because hard work deserves a reward (and a little sunshine).

Career Chats with Department Heads
To round out the day, interns had the chance to meet with leaders from across the company to explore the many career paths within property management. From marketing and leasing to operations and maintenance, they gained valuable insight into what’s possible at UCH and beyond.
