Forrest Hammond moved to Philadelphia from Cincinnati in May of 2021 with a positive attitude and an impeccable wardrobe. He was hired at UCH as a Junior Management Support Specialist, and was recently promoted to Property Manager of The Westbury. No stranger to historic buildings, Forrest is a self-proclaimed architecture nerd that thrives at leasing the Art Deco high-rise on 15th and Spruce.

When asked what initially drew him to UCH, Forrest replied, “There are a lot of parallels between UCH and my previous company. It’s a larger company but still has that close-knit feel. It’s a team where you’re not afraid to approach anybody.”

This sentiment is projected into Forrest’s own management style. He leads with kindness and adopts a true team mentality.
“I don’t mind getting my hands dirty; right now I’m painting the mailroom! Property management is a jack of all trades situation. It’s really about being there and working with the team. It’s a lot of positive reinforcement. I think people really appreciate knowing when they’ve done a good job.”

His positivity is contagious and makes all the possibilities feels more like probabilities. His can-do attitude and roll-up your sleeves work style make him a true asset to the UCH family.
