Bill Groves is a true mentor. Since joining UCH in 1986, Bill has taken every opportunity to help his team grow and succeed. Generous with his time and knowledge, Bill believes that given the right tools, everyone is capable of greatness. He is not only an expert in his field, but a genuine and caring boss, employee, and co-worker.
